Each year Nike's Future Sole contest offers high-school designers a once-in-a-lifetime chance to design for the world's best. The goal is to discover and develop the next great footwear designers of the future.

The 2009 contest provided both Nike and Jordan design categories. Here are a few pics from the meet up between Melo and the winning designer, 17 year old Austin Jermacans.
